Welcome to the all new Apollo String Quartet Website

Thanks for stopping by!

If you’re looking for a string quartet for your wedding in Glasgow, entertainment for a corporate dinner in London, or session string players to play with your band in Edinburgh, then you’re in the right place!  Listen, watch, and enjoy!

The Apollo String Quartet team, based in Glasgow,  have played and worked together for years after meeting as young pups, and are now one of the busiest and best wedding and session ensembles in Scotland.

Widely respected in the industry, we are a young, friendly and vibrant quartet with a passion for delivering both excellent customer service and first class performances! Our players are all highly accomplished musicians in their own rights and perform individually with some of the top orchestras in the country, including the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, SCO, and the RSNO.

We have also been lucky enough to perform with Brian Wilson from the Beach Boys, Kanye West,The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, and Rod Stewart.  We have also arranged string parts for, and recorded on, over 200 studio albums including the Mercury Music Prize nominated ‘The Great Eastern’ by The Delgados.
